Job Summary

Collaborating closely with marketing teams, the contract Resource Management Partner in Marketing will manage budgets, forecasts, procurement, and vendor relationships while working remotely in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the operational partner for marketing business units, focusing on budget management and financial planning
• Monitor ongoing budget performance, update forecasts, and flag variances to support decision-making
• Oversee procurement processes and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with internal policies

Required qualifications

• Proven experience partnering with marketing teams to manage budgets and forecasts
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of procurement and vendor management
• Excellent communication skills for translating financial data for non-financial stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, with 5-7 years of relevant experience
