Job Summary
Supporting clinical teams in a fully remote capacity, the Respiratory Services Assistant will manage patient communications, schedule appointments, and assist with compliance tasks to enhance patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Completes daily compliance tasks, including patient outreach and appointment scheduling
- Educates patients on the use and maintenance of PAP machines and supplies
- Communicates with healthcare providers to identify and resolve patient care issues
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Six months' experience in the medical, insurance, healthcare, or DME field is preferred
