Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Restaurant BOH Solution Lead, the full-time onsite position will manage engagement governance, partner with stakeholders to align on business objectives, and lead assessments of restaurant BOH processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own engagement governance, scope, quality, risks, dependencies, and executive communications
- Lead discovery and assessment of restaurant BOH processes across various operational areas
- Facilitate steering committee and executive reviews, presenting findings and recommendations clearly
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations and BOH technology
- Expertise in solution architecture and systems integration
- Proven experience in global program delivery and strategic stakeholder engagement
- Strong understanding of menu management, inventory, purchasing, and financial reconciliation
- Ability to evaluate current-state processes and technology capabilities in restaurant BOH environments
