Job Summary
To support restaurant operations, the remote Restaurant BOH Solutions Lead will manage engagement governance, align stakeholders, and design integrations across various systems while leveraging extensive QSR domain expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Own engagement governance, ensuring quality and risk management while facilitating executive communication
- Design and manage integrations across POS, BOH, and other critical systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead multi-country QSR programs, overseeing localization, testing, deployment, and collaboration with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 15 years of experience in QSR operations and BOH processes
- Strong understanding of inventory, food cost, waste, and financial reconciliation
- Hands-on experience with BOH technology platforms, such as Crunchtime
- Proven ability to design integrations using APIs and middleware
- Experience leading global delivery and collaboration with diverse teams
