Resupply Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Resupply Representative, the full-time position will manage inbound orders and provide exceptional customer service in the respiratory and enteral nutrition industry, working in a hybrid environment with two days in the office and three days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process Durable Medical Equipment (DME) sales orders for various resupply needs
• Verify insurance and maintain updated patient files, including demographics and benefit information
• Communicate effectively with patients and providers through multiple channels, ensuring timely order fulfillment

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or some college preferred
• Work experience in a Respiratory Home Durable Medical Equipment company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong PC skills
