Resupply Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing respiratory and enteral nutrition company, the full-time Resupply Representative will provide exceptional customer service by processing orders, verifying insurance, and managing patient communications in a hybrid work environment based in King of Prussia, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process Durable Medical Equipment (DME) sales orders for resupply needs
• Verify insurance and maintain updated patient files, including demographics and benefit information
• Communicate with patients and providers via telephone, email, and web portals

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or some college preferred
• Work experience in a Respiratory Home Durable Medical Equipment company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong PC skills
