Key responsibilities

• Manage retail banking construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals
• Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management to drive successful project execution
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams for effective conflict resolution and account management

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of professional experience in project management or construction management
• Proven track record of managing construction projects, including budgeting and scheduling
• Demonstrated proficiency in modern project management technology tools and software
• Strong ability to build relationships across all organizational levels and with external clients
• Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
