Retail Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support the expansion of retail partnerships, the remote, full-time Retail Finance Manager will manage financial strategies, improve product cost efficiencies, and ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting in collaboration with the Retail Team.
Key responsibilities
- Support execution of strategic sales plans and budget, enhancing performance visibility through dashboarding and financial analysis
- Conduct post-event analysis of retail marketing programs and assist in product launches and merchandising strategies
- Ensure timely invoicing, monitor customer fines and deductions, and collaborate in financial analysis for product assortment and innovation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 4-7+ years of experience in a CPG/consumer products brand supporting Sales Teams and major retailers
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans
- Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence in retail initiatives
- Passion for health, wellness, and nutrition with an understanding of the evolving consumer landscape
