Retail Operations Manager
Job Summary
Owning the execution and scaling of global retail operations, the full-time Retail Operations Manager will manage fulfillment for key accounts, optimize delivery performance, and maintain relationships with 3PLs and retailers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute global fulfillment strategies to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction across various markets
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery metrics and inventory management
- Lead onboarding of new retail partners and ensure compliance with routing guides and operational requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in retail fulfillment operations or supply chain management
- Demonstrated experience managing fulfillment operations with 3PLs for major retailers
- Experience with EDI order flow and retailer portals
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and advanced analytical skills
