Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Recruiter, the full-time remote position will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for retail roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience while collaborating with store leadership and the People Team to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various retail positions, including Stylists and Store Managers
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communications throughout the hiring process
• Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters, transitioning accepted candidates to the HR team for onboarding

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in retail or multi-location environments
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency with JazzHr, Monday, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
