Retail Sales Operations Specialist
Job Summary
To support day-to-day processing and management of customer orders, the part-time contractor Retail Sales Operations Specialist will work remotely, focusing on order entry, monitoring, and issue resolution within SAP while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Review and process incoming customer purchase orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely entry
- Manage the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, monitoring customer orders and resolving any issues that arise
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service to troubleshoot and resolve order-related problems
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on SAP experience in a retail order management role
- Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process within an SAP environment
- Experience with EDI transactions and resolving related errors
- Prior experience in CPG, consumer products, or food & beverage industries
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactional work with strong organizational skills
