Job Summary

To support a nationwide wireless sales program, the hybrid Retail Sales Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for high-quality Retail Sales Associates, collaborating with field leadership to meet staffing goals while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for Retail Sales Associate positions, including sourcing candidates and conducting initial assessments
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-turnover markets and develop recruitment strategies for new store openings
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide updates on candidate flow and market challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in retail or high-volume environments
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, with a focus on high-volume hiring
• Strong skills in candidate assessment and interviewing
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
