Retail Sales Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the primary store-level contact for the assigned territory, the full-time Retail Sales & Execution Specialist will manage in-store activities, ensuring product availability, executing displays, and maintaining merchandise standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Drive in-store presence through the placement and merchandising of displays and secondary placements
• Execute national and local promotional programs while ensuring product availability across all authorized locations
• Conduct store audits to document market conditions and communicate execution barriers and business opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in retail sales, field execution, or merchandising, preferably in grocery, beverage, dairy, or CPG
• Ability to influence without authority and build relationships with store personnel
• Comfort working independently and managing a structured route schedule
• Must have a personal vehicle and excellent driving record for work-related travel
