Job Summary

Serving as the primary store-level contact for the assigned territory, the full-time Retail Sales & Execution Specialist will manage in-store activities, ensuring product availability and effective merchandising while executing promotional programs across all assigned locations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive in-store presence through effective placement and merchandising of displays and products
• Conduct store audits to document market conditions and identify growth opportunities
• Build collaborative relationships with store personnel to enhance visibility and execution of brand initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in retail sales, field execution, or merchandising, preferably in grocery or CPG sectors
• Ability to manage a structured route schedule and work independently in stores
• Strong computer skills and comfort using mobile field tools
• Must have a personal vehicle and excellent driving record for work-related travel
