Retail Sales Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the primary store-level contact for an assigned territory, the full-time Retail Sales & Execution Specialist will manage in-store activities, including selling, executing, and maintaining displays, while ensuring product availability and optimal merchandising across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive in-store presence through effective placement and merchandising of displays and products
• Execute promotional programs and maintain all points of distribution to maximize brand visibility
• Conduct store audits and communicate execution barriers and inventory concerns to relevant partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in retail sales, field execution, or merchandising, preferably in grocery or CPG
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without authority
• Comfortable working independently and managing a structured route schedule
• Must possess a personal vehicle and have an excellent driving record for work-related travel
