Retail Sales Specialist

Job Summary

To drive in-store visibility and execution, the full-time Retail Sales & Execution Specialist will manage product displays, ensure stock availability, and build relationships with store personnel while working remotely in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Drive in-store presence through effective merchandising and execution of displays and promotional materials
• Conduct store audits to document market conditions and identify growth opportunities
• Build collaborative relationships with store personnel to enhance product visibility and availability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in retail sales, field execution, or merchandising, preferably in grocery or CPG
• Ability to manage a structured route schedule and work independently in stores
• Strong computer skills and comfort using mobile field tools
• Must have a personal vehicle and excellent driving record for work-related travel
