Job Summary
Supporting strategic growth initiatives, the full-time remote Retail Services Analyst will conduct research, analyze data, and manage small to medium projects to identify opportunities for growth and optimize program effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert, reporting on best practices and developing solutions for assigned initiatives
- Analyze data to measure program effectiveness and enhance strategies based on performance metrics and customer feedback
- Manage initiative-specific projects, prioritizing tasks to ensure deliverables are met within project timelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Must reside in Atlanta, GA, with availability for in-person onboarding for 1-2 weeks
- Experience with Tableau and SQL is a plus (can be learned on the job)
