Job Summary

To support a nationwide wireless sales program, the hybrid Retail Talent Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for Retail Sales Associates, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring while collaborating with field leadership to meet staffing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume reviews, and interview coordination
• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-turnover markets and new store openings
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and provide updates on candidate flow and market challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in retail or high-volume environments
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, with a focus on high-volume hiring
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
