Retail Technology Manager

Job Summary

Owning the store-facing lifecycle of technology programs, the full-time Retail Technology Manager will manage initiatives from intake to launch and ongoing support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance store operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, scope, and execution plans for technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with store operations and security requirements
• Lead pilots and deployments for new store technology capabilities while developing comprehensive change-management plans
• Monitor performance data and store feedback to identify opportunities for improving technology reliability and usability

Required qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in retail technology, store operations, or technology program management
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives
• Deep understanding of retail store processes and operational challenges
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear operational guidance for diverse audiences
