Retention Analyst Consultant
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytically-minded, the full-time Retention Analyst Consultant will support loyalty and retention programs by managing A/B testing, monitoring performance metrics, and providing actionable insights, all while working remotely on a 6-month contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Help manage A/B testing across loyalty and retention initiatives, including setup, monitoring, and recommendations
- Monitor performance across loyalty and retention programs, proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain KPI tracking and recurring reporting for loyalty and churn/retention metrics
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in marketing analytics
- Strong analytical skills with experience in developing and maintaining dashboards
- Solid understanding of A/B testing principles and statistical significance
- Familiarity with business KPIs related to loyalty and retention
- Experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana
