Retention and Eligibility Advisor

Job Summary

To enhance member loyalty and retention, the full-time Retention and Eligibility Advisor will oversee the USFHP member retention program, communicate with members to address disenrollment concerns, and implement retention strategies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and recommend policies focused on member satisfaction and retention
• Analyze disenrollment trends and collaborate with the Enrollment Department to address issues
• Create and present educational seminars to engage members and improve retention efforts

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience with Tricare or USFHP
• Experience working directly with health plan beneficiaries
• Deep knowledge of TRICARE benefits preferred
• Strong computer skills, including data entry and report generation
