Retention Marketing Manager
Job Summary
Owning the retention strategy for Shapermint and Truekind, the full-time remote Growth Retention Manager will lead initiatives across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and WhatsApp while designing the customer journey and optimizing retention performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the end-to-end retention strategy and customer journey for multiple channels
- Define quarterly OKRs and retention roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives for maximum business impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive execution and remove blockers, ensuring high-quality delivery of retention initiatives
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in retention marketing strategies, preferably in e-commerce or retail
- 5+ years in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams across various domains
- Deep expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement
- Strong analytical skills to leverage customer data for improving retention metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
