Job Summary
To support a growing team, the part-time Retention Representative will work remotely to retain business clients and educate customers on the value of their Vehicle Service Contracts while achieving retention goals during scheduled hours from Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM CST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently increase retention rates and achieve retention goals
- Overcome customer objections and reinforce the value of Vehicle Service Contracts
- Identify customer needs, negotiate solutions, and maintain client relationships
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 3-5+ years of experience in retention, renewals, or customer account management
- Experience in automotive warranty, insurance, banking, or vacation ownership is a plus
- Call center or inside sales experience required
- Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask across CRM platforms
