Job Summary
Leading a team of Retirement Onboarding Specialists, the fully remote Retirement Onboarding Manager will oversee the onboarding process for new retirement plan clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy while coaching team members and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Retirement Onboarding Specialists, managing hiring, training, and performance
- Oversee the onboarding process for new retirement plan clients, ensuring key milestones and compliance are met
- Build and maintain standard operating procedures and quality control practices for the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with retirement plan documents and qualified retirement plans
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Expert understanding of ERISA and IRS regulations governing qualified retirement plans
- Extensive experience in reviewing and drafting retirement plan documents
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
