Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of retirement plan clients, the full-time remote Retirement Plan Administrator will provide high-quality administration, compliance testing, and client service for approximately 70-80 retirement plans while ensuring adherence to IRS and Department of Labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide timely, high-quality customer service regarding retirement plan administration and compliance
- Oversee all aspects of annual retirement plan administration, including compliance testing and government filings
- Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently resolve client and plan administration issues
Required Qualifications
- Experience administering qualified retirement plans in a TPA, recordkeeping, or retirement services environment
- Working knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and Department of Labor regulations related to qualified retirement plans
- Experience performing or reviewing retirement plan compliance testing and Form 5500 filings
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload while balancing competing priorities and deadlines
- Industry credentials such as QKA, QPA, or equivalent retirement plan designation are a plus
