Retirement Plan Analyst

Job Summary

Assisting clients with retirement plan terminations, the remote Retirement Plan Termination Analyst will serve as the primary contact for clients, coordinate termination dates, and ensure compliance with DOL and IRS regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Establish and coordinate plan termination dates while updating and maintaining plan documents
• Provide training and resources on retirement plan products and services to internal teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Advanced knowledge of retirement plan administration, DOL/IRS regulations, and tax rules
• ASPPA credentials preferred
• Exceptional customer service and client management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SRT systems
