Retirement Plan Analyst
Job Summary
To support a team-oriented environment, the full-time remote Retirement Plan Analyst will assist with administering retirement plans, communicate with clients and advisors, and ensure compliance through data review and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Administer retirement plans and prepare annual reports and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, financial advisors, and internal teams to address inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Review plan data for accuracy and compliance while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, ASPPA credentials, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Some understanding of retirement plan administration and IRS rules is beneficial but not mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills and capability to collaborate with a team
