Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst will manage compliance tasks, analyze retirement plan provisions, and support audits while ensuring adherence to regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Read and interpret retirement plan documents to ensure compliance with IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations
- Support audits and resolve operational issues related to qualified plans in collaboration with Plan Consultants
- Prepare annual valuation and compliance reports while tracking job progress to meet compliance deadlines
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 to 8+ years of hands-on retirement plan testing experience
- Experience with 5500 forms and employer calculations
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Retirement Plan Fundamentals certification preferred, with QKA or QPA designations as a plus
