Retirement Plan Distribution Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing remote team, the Experienced Retirement Plan Distribution Specialist will process retirement plan distributions and loans, communicate with participants and plan sponsors, and ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Process retirement plan distribution and loan requests from start to finish
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness while preparing distribution and loan packages
- Communicate with participants, plan sponsors, and financial advisors regarding requests and status updates
Required qualifications:
- Five (5) or more years of experience processing retirement plan distributions and loans
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience with PensionPro, Corbel, or similar retirement plan administration systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
