Job Summary
Managing employer-sponsored retirement programs, the full-time Retirement Plans Manager will oversee day-to-day administration, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead strategic initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Support oversight of retirement programs, including strategic and operational activities
- Manage daily administration of retirement plans and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including audits and required reporting
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field required
- 8-10+ years of progressive retirement plan administration experience required
- Knowledge of employee benefit laws and regulations required
- Experience working with outsourced retirement plan administrators and vendors required
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) preferred
