Retrieval Operations Lead

Job Summary

Driving the execution of a retrieval program, the full-time Retrieval Operations Lead will manage relationships with high-volume AIDs, oversee chase assignments for the PSR team, and provide training on retrieval workflows in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for large AIDs, addressing retrieval performance and provider office coordination
• Distribute and manage daily chase assignments, ensuring timely completion and monitoring PSR workloads
• Train and develop PSRs on workflows and best practices, providing ongoing coaching and maintaining training materials

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, chart retrieval, or risk adjustment
• 1+ years of experience in training or leading teams
• Working knowledge of risk adjustment and HEDIS retrieval workflows
• Experience in managing provider-facing communications and escalations
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with case management systems
