Return To Vendor Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end Return To Vendor (RTV) process, the full-time remote Manager will oversee vendor negotiations, ensure efficient resolution of defective and excess merchandise, and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to maximize recovery value.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full RTV lifecycle, including claim initiation, resolution, and tracking
• Lead negotiations with vendor partners to secure credits and manage vendor relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate return logistics and ensure accurate financial postings

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain with RTV exposure
• Proven negotiation skills with knowledge of vendor contracts and dispute resolution
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Google Sheets and ERP systems
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to influence internal and external partners effectively
