Return-to-Work Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing initiative, the fully remote Return-to-Work Coordinator will facilitate the placement of injured workers in transitional duty roles, develop partnerships with nonprofit organizations, and manage administrative tasks to ensure a smooth experience for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations to create a network of potential Transitional Duty placement sites
• Coordinate the placement of injured workers in suitable Transitional Duty assignments, including drafting offer letters and managing time tracking processes
• Maintain open communication with injured workers, nonprofit partners, and Transitional Return to Work Specialists to ensure effective volunteer experiences

Required qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
