Returns Team Lead

Job Summary

Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Returns team, the full-time Team Lead, Returns will manage return requests and vendor credits, provide guidance to team members, and serve as an escalation point for complex issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 1 direct report and 2 consultants while managing the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process
• Handle escalations related to vendor invoices and ensure timely processing of returns and credits
• Build relationships with stakeholders and present key metrics for process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Three to five years of experience in Returns, RMA processing, or similar operational functions
• Demonstrated experience leading a team or mentoring staff
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with experience in reporting and using Excel functions
• Familiarity with accounting or ERP platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Great Plains
