Revenue Accountant
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Revenue Accountant will support accurate revenue recognition and reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and ASC 606, while managing royalty and reseller partner accounting activities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Support revenue recognition activities in accordance with ASC 606 and company policies
- Review customer contracts and agreements to identify key revenue accounting considerations
- Prepare and maintain revenue schedules for various revenue streams, including SaaS subscriptions
Required qualifications:
- 2-4 years of accounting experience, including relevant internships, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles
- Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with PivotTables and financial formulas
- Ability to review and interpret contracts and financial data
- Experience with revenue recognition or billing systems is preferred
