Revenue Accounting Lead

Job Summary

As a key contributor on the Revenue Accounting & Operations team, the full-time Revenue Accounting Lead will manage complex revenue arrangements, provide accounting guidance to cross-functional teams, and drive the operationalization of new monetization models in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical revenue accounting for complex and non-standard arrangements, including ASC 606 assessments
• Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to provide practical accounting guidance on deals and initiatives
• Lead the operationalization of new arrangements, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance through close and financial reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
• 6+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience, ideally in SaaS or technology businesses
• Strong technical knowledge of ASC 606 and experience evaluating complex contracts
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and balance commercial responsiveness with sound accounting judgment
• Experience with revenue operations and supporting systems, including ERP/revenue platforms
