Revenue Accounting Manager
Job Summary
Owning the revenue accounting function, the full-time Revenue Accounting Manager will lead ASC 606 compliance and the revenue close while supporting general ledger activities, financial reporting, and audit readiness in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end monthly revenue close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and management reporting
- Evaluate revenue streams under ASC 606 and prepare technical accounting memoranda
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including general-ledger activity and balance-sheet reconciliations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Five or more years of progressive accounting experience with a focus on revenue recognition and month-end close
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606
- Experience with high-volume transactional data and system reconciliations
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex accounting analysis
