Job Summary
Leading a team of analysts, the full-time Revenue Analytics Manager will provide oversight for financial analysis, payer contract modeling, and reimbursement reporting while collaborating with various operational leaders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead payer contract modeling and reimbursement analysis to support financial objectives
- Manage and develop analyst staff, including performance management and training
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support payer contracting strategies and operational decision-making
Required qualifications
- Master's degree preferred; or 10+ years of relevant healthcare experience in lieu of a graduate degree
- Five (5) years of experience in healthcare, with significant experience in financial analysis and payer contracting
- Three (3) years of previous supervisory experience in healthcare
