Revenue Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Driving financial accuracy and compliance standards, the full-time Revenue Assurance Senior Analyst will conduct revenue audits, validate monthly revenue submissions, and serve as a primary compliance authority for franchise operations, working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute the revenue audit process, identifying and analyzing abnormalities in revenue reporting
• Conduct audit walkthrough calls to review findings, documentation requirements, and corrective actions
• Bill out and collect fees for underreported revenue while reporting on the outcomes

Required qualifications:

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in property-level hotel management and revenue assurance
• Proficiency in ChoiceAdvantage or other hotel property management systems
• Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Associates/Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
