Revenue Assurance Coordinator
Job Summary
To support a dedicated team in delivering quality healthcare, the full-time remote Revenue Assurance Coordinator will analyze revenue variance reports, perform research on discrepancies, and coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate revenue recovery processes.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze Revenue Variance Reports and investigate discrepancies for potential revenue recovery
- Maintain communication with Reimbursement Operations and leadership regarding the status of appeals and payor modifications
- Prepare monthly Dashboard Reports and assist in implementing best practices and procedures
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; secondary education preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare insurance or reimbursement
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of payors, CPT codes, and fee schedules
- Understanding of revenue cycle processes is desired but not mandatory
