Revenue Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Revenue Assurance Coordinator will create job jacket files, verify the accuracy of lot-related documents, and ensure proper revenue recognition while collaborating with customers and internal teams to resolve issues prior to installation release and billing.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor lot start notifications, create sales orders in ERP, and conduct comprehensive sales order audits
• Coordinate with customers and internal sales teams to resolve purchase order issues affecting revenue recognition
• Maintain job documents, track sales orders with discrepancies, and provide updates to management on issue resolution progress

Required qualifications

• Experience in the homebuilding or construction industry preferred
• Background in quality review, reconciliation, audit, or similar transaction-based review roles preferred
• Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
