Revenue Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Leading revenue assurance operations and risk management, the full-time Manager - Revenue Assurance will oversee governance processes, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement activities to ensure billing accuracy and protect revenue integrity while working remotely across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees governance and intake processes for product, pricing, promotional, and billing-related changes
• Manages revenue assurance reporting, performance metrics, trend analysis, and risk identification activities
• Leads revenue assurance activities for projects, including impact assessment and issue resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) or 4+ years of professional work experience
• 6+ years' experience in billing systems, revenue assurance, or business operations
• 3+ years' leadership experience in project or people leadership
• Experience analyzing data and billing outcomes in a complex operational environment
• Proficiency in implementing governance, quality assurance, or process improvement standards
