Revenue Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, the full-time remote Revenue Compliance Analyst will conduct independent reviews of patient charts, analyze audit results, and collaborate with various departments to implement corrective actions and maintain the Charge Description Master (CDM).

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze Federal and State regulations related to billing and revenue management
• Perform independent reviews of patient charts and charges to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with the Business Office and clinical areas to facilitate action plans and process changes based on audit findings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible healthcare coding experience
• Preferred ten years of progressive experience in the healthcare field, with a focus on coding
• Epic certification in HB Charge Description Master and Cost Center assignment within six months of hire
• Preferred certification(s) related to business, clinical, or financial application(s)/system(s)
