Job Summary

Managing the global information governance roadmap, the full-time Revenue Content Governance Manager will build and oversee automated workflows and systems to ensure sales content remains accurate and accessible while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage review schedules and processes for maintaining accurate sales content
• Implement AI-powered tools to identify and update outdated sales information across platforms
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews to validate critical sales information and maintain governance standards

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in content operations, knowledge management, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools and AI-powered platforms
• Strong understanding of content governance and information lifecycle management
• Experience managing knowledge platforms such as Flockjay, Highspot, or Seismic
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
