Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

Designing and maintaining reports and dashboards, the full-time Revenue Cycle Business Intelligence Analyst will work remotely to analyze data, conduct root cause analyses, and provide actionable insights to improve revenue cycle operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage reports, scorecards, and dashboards to highlight data anomalies and support decision-making
• Conduct data mining and collaborate with IT to manage complex datasets and ensure data integrity
• Prepare presentations and communicate findings to leadership and operational teams to promote data-driven practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization techniques
• 1+ years of experience using Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• 2+ years of experience working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) data
• Fundamental awareness of data querying techniques and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
