Revenue Cycle Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Revenue Cycle Analyst will track revenue performance metrics, mitigate revenue leakage, and lead committee meetings while presenting findings to diverse audiences, including C-suite leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert to establish revenue cycle analytics and process improvements
- Lead revenue maximization projects in collaboration with leadership and care sites
- Perform root cause analysis and implement action plans to enhance efficiency and address billing issues
Required qualifications
- Three (3) years of work-related experience in medical claims and follow-up
- Knowledge of medical billing and collections
- Experience with Epic systems (preferred)
- Ability to analyze and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations and process improvement
