Revenue Cycle Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Revenue Cycle Associate for a remote, full-time position, responsible for managing insurance claim follow-ups, processing administrative tasks, and assisting healthcare providers in resolving disputes with insurance carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform follow-up status requests through telephone, internet, and/or fax
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and document indexing
• Organize and maintain documents in both paper and electronic filing systems

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience in Revenue Cycle, insurance follow-up, claims processing, or medical billing preferred
• Remote work experience
• Knowledge of HIPAA and company policies and regulations
