Revenue Cycle Associate

Job Summary

To support the financial health of the organization, the remote, part-time Revenue Cycle Associate will manage the organization and processing of claims, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing issues.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and process claims into the database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of all processed claims and invoices for compliance
• Collaborate with internal team members to resolve billing issues and facilitate timely reimbursement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Experience with electronic claims processing and/or billing software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• 2+ years of experience in billing and accounting preferred
• Healthcare experience, including knowledge of medical billing codes and terminology, preferred
