Revenue Cycle Business Partner

Job Summary

Providing analytical support to resolve high exposure operating and finance issues, the full-time Revenue Cycle Business Partner II will work remotely, managing vendor relationships, overseeing billing processes, and leading complex projects to enhance revenue cycle initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly reconciliation of account placements with vendors and validate account-level details on invoices
• Monitor and resolve billing issues within physician departments, ensuring appropriate charge capture and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Lead large projects related to revenue cycle initiatives, developing work plans and timelines with minimal management oversight

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Healthcare related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in healthcare auditing, coding, finance, revenue cycle management, or physician billing
• Proven advanced abilities in problem management, process analysis, and root cause analysis
• Working knowledge of healthcare applications, including Epic and nThrive
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
