Job Summary
Driving operational efficiency, the full-time Revenue Cycle Consultant will manage Amplify revenue cycle projects, lead workflow redesign initiatives, and implement innovative solutions in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Amplify revenue cycle projects to enhance revenue and reduce costs, including vendor selection and implementation
- Lead revenue cycle departments in analyzing and redesigning workflows to create and implement improvement solutions
- Document operational processes to support best practices and future automation design
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business management, finance, or a related field
- Five (5) or more years of revenue cycle experience preferred
- Experience with client-facing roles and analytics in revenue cycle management
- Proven knowledge of revenue cycle processes and systems, including EHRs and patient financial systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage project risks effectively
